I'll change this to positive. if seller actually responds to my emails but It's been 2 weeks since I emailed them, still no response. Use caution if buying any type of temp activated creams that tingle/burn when applied. If they were stored like most wholesale pallet items, in a HOT/NON TEMP. Controlled space, it will activate in the jar b4 u even get to use it since the cream is activated by your body temp. Which you'll kno when u apply it if it doesn't burn/tingle like it should like mine did
