    The beads were damaged due to high heat during the soldering process, never disclosed. Charged me for priority shipping but sent a $400 necklace standard shipping. I didn’t plan on giving you a bad review but you gave me one as a buyer.

    I told you multiple times that shipping includes insurance. You paid the shipping and had no problem, and the listing showed that it’s shipped through ground advantage. You threatened me that if I didn’t refund you $8 that you would leave a bad review. After I told you that was extortion you opened a return for a reason that should’ve been stated before you asked for a refund on shipping (there was nothing wrong with the beads ironically).
