She refunded the money and apparently never sent the item, knowing the culture would be DOA. People should not offer transactions they can’t complete.

Buyer state item is never been sent- item has tracking number. Buyer state item is DOA without actually getting a chance to check- her purchase was in transit. Buyer violated Ebay community ethics. Buyer was aggressive, arguing non stop pushing me to provide a full refund to avoid further harassment. All prior item arrival. After she received refund- she immediately punished me with Neg F just to harm me. Nothing based on actual saleSuch Buyer create a hostile environment on Ebay. Thanks Karen!

item received is as described, but I believe $8.45 shipping fee is how you are getting extra profit. A package weighing .6 pound cost approximately $3.45 per USPS charts. Not the best way to do business.

If u was a business I would see all ways to maximize my gains but I am not. I bought item for full price $21.97. Your cost is 16.45 INCLUDING shipping. Why do you count pennies in my pocket?
