The destination address on the label was destroyed during shipment, so the item was undeliverable. I immediately opened an investigation on user's behalf when they reached out to me after the item was not delivered on the estimated date. I waited until the item was no longer in transit, then promptly issued a refund like I said I would. User was never given the runaround. User demanded a refund 4 times despite my telling them exactly when they would receive a refund.
