      The buyer claimed received defective items for all three laptops he purchased recently from us and did not want to return any of them. We perhaps get three defective item claims for ~1000 laptops we sold. That is a clear indication that the buyer is attempting a scam.

      Prompt shipping and delivery sooner than expected. A motivating factor in purchasing from this vendor is that they accepted returns. Which meant to me that they stood behind their products. There were several other laptops available on the site, but the 'no returns' just didn't sit right. Received the unit in several days and it's working fine - i needed a replacement for a clunker I've had for a while and feel like I got value for this purchase. Thanks.
