Seller provided incredible service! The nib was slightly misaligned when arrived, but that can definitely happen and it seems I have heard issues with misaligned nibs coming from Pelikan recently. So I do not blame the seller. Additionally, when I reached out to the seller and shared my concern, they quickly acknowledged the issue and shipped a replacement nib the very next day. When it arrived it worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend this store for its incredible and quick service.
