I didn't expect much from the actual panniers at the price the package was offered, however the frames looked good & the under fender support bracket looked like a good idea. The brackets that are supposed to locate via a single bolt under the fender are miles away from lining up, there's not enough play in the mounting holes up on the frame to allow the brackets to line up,they aren't even a matched pair!
