The item arrived on time. However, one of the fastening points for the pannier bag, the hole on top of the mount to fasten the bag clip to, was unthreaded. I was unable to insert the bolt to fasten the clip and securely fasten the pannier bag. This makes the pannier rail essentially useless as I am unable to secure the bag to the rail. At first it looked dusty so I tried cleaning the hole but that revealed that it is simply unthreaded.
