It could have been here on the 7th and as it was it came on the 9th but the original ETA given by e-bay was the 18th. I think they need to come up with a more accurate estimation. The product is as I expected. I am pleased to have them but the complications made for more aggravation. I had a similar experience recently with audio cables. I have had more consternation over these two items than any items bought previously.
