The postage took a little longer but that was due to unseen circumstances that were quickly resolved.

I had a few concerns regarding shipping and I was immediately put at ease after communicating with them. The item was greatly packaged with lots of cushioning. Although there were some cosmetic blemishes and whatnot (as expected from a B Grade item), it was a bargain for the price it was listed at (PS Vitas are notoriously pricey).
