First the package wasn't dropped off for several days. Then the package didn't include everything in the listing and description, which they said was an error in the listing. On top of that out of the 4 games there were, 1 disc was missing entirely and another was so beat up and scratched that it gives a disc unreadable error and is useless. So overall between the delays in shipping, the listing being incorrect and not even getting what was supposed to be sold to us, it was all negative.
