I received a defective item and ask for a replacement or refund, the seller gave me a difficult time. Offered me a $5.00 discount, to get it repaired. I asked for $10.00 discount, to get the repair accomplished, again the seller complained it would cause him to lose money. At this point I was frustrated with this back and forthcoming debate and agree to the $5.00 refund. I would not use this seller again and recommend that others consider this a warning when dealing with this seller.
