it was cheap but the rubber was so hard it wasn't really usable, it wouldn't expand to hold a drum, so "new other" according to ebay still means "functions as new", it didn't. i didn't figure this out until after return date was past... my fault so cant be to critical, the seller probably would have refunded my money but could have paid a little more attention to the fact that the expansion screw wouldnt expand the drum :)
