Please check your messages as I sent you an immediate response explaining that I had found the book without the cd and would refund you immediately. It was the only time I have ever found one of my music books without the cd. Since you had asked about it in advance, it made me think it must have been a manufacturing defect in the production as it is clearly a widespread issue based on your question and comment. I apologize for the inconvenience and do hope you will look for my message.
