I can't really give an honest rating on this because I haven't been able to use them as the solar battery I bought new from the same company failed to work when delivered, at this point in time its been 8 days since email contact with them giving them pictures and video's as requested by them of the nonworking S2000 solar generator but still no response. Hopefully their excellent customer service rating is representative of what I'll be getting from them sooner rather than later.
