Had to request a replacement due to first delivery of item was damaged in shipping. even after advising seller to write or use a sticker stating to "do not fold" it was not done at all, and package was not only folded In half (this is a gaskit for an engine) but there are punctures. This was supposed to be a less than $20 fix. Not a loss of 2 gallons of oil and serious potential damage to my engine from running dry.
