Purchased the item from the seller before looking into their reviews. When I had seen some of their negative reviews, I tried to gauge how long it had been since other buyers had issues, but with how eBay tracks time, I had to guess. I assumed whatever issues the seller had would’ve cleared up after a few months. However, that was not the case, seller gave me a similar story about defects to send back to the manufacturer and how they were sorry and offered a refund, which I took.
