I stated I was new to all these customs/import changes and seller just kept demanding payment for customs fees. I never stated I wouldnt pay, I just asked for help on how I am supposed to make these payments. It was a glitch in DHL's system and when I clicked on the tracking, the "pay a bill" button was not there. Had to get ebay customer service to give me a phone number for DHL and got it handled after the seller threatened to take the item and my money.
