The item was delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS and signed for by persons unknown to me, with no way to trace it. I repeatedly emailed the seller but had absolutely no acknowledgement or response of any kind. At my wits end, I tried to contact Fedex for assistance, only to be rerouted on an endless cycle of talking to robots on their customer support system. What a disaster, Unfortunately the bad attitude and lack of customer care of SOME of these EBay sellers give the company a bad name.
