I contacted supplier, who offered me 30% partial refund. When I requested a full refund, they replied with a 50% refund, however no part of the item was usable. I have not accepted a partial refund and left order open to leave a review of my experience in hope it will assist potential customers. I would not recommend this supplier or the clock Mechanism.
