The pre-amplifier looks exactly like the pictures on eBay, inside and out. The build quality is excellent. The sound is also excellent, and although I have never heard the Conrad Johnson circuit it is based on, I can say that the sound is smooth and velvety - Just like I have heard about the Conrad Johnson. All in all and amazing experience with this seller!! Thank you!
