Sadly, this transaction didn't go well at all. Good communication, and fast dispatch, but the item never arrived, instead boomeranging back to Australia. I hope the seller will tighten up their procedures for international sales, to ensure that buyers' address details from orders are printed correctly on postage labels, and to immediately issue refunds when tracked items provably have not arrived, without eBay having to get involved. Photos of the actual items for sale would help too. Thank you!
