Admit I don’t know what to expect but I saw the good reviews and assurion was ridiculous on the price they wanted. I shipped fedex 3 day shipping and it arrived Friday holiday weekend, I received a notice the day after labor day that my iPad a 12 pro only two years old was repaired a bad charging port
