He shipped a huge glass framed poster in a box with one tiny square of styrofoam and a thin sheet of foam wrap. Needless to say it arrived shattered and it ruined the poster and created a real hazard trying to open the box. My overall record speaks for itself. I don't think it's believable that I would ship a framed picture that's as big as that box shown with only that tiny piece of Styrofoam..it's an exaggeration. This was one of the rudest most difficult buyers I have dealt with in several years. It's an unfortunate loss. And sometimes the cost of doing business here on eBay.
