    The seller out & out lied. It not brand new. The tag was stamped. There were scratches & spots. Luckily the eBay Authenticator told us all of the problems. I don’t think that buyer should be allowed to sell on eBay!

    I did not lie, THE BAG IS BRAND NEW! It was stored folded in the box, hence the reason for the creases. The description and pictures provided at the time of the sale point out the embossed luggage tag. As for the note regarding stains when I packed the bag I touched the luggage tag leaving a sticky residue which I believe is from the tape used to package/ship. Once I received the bag back it was easily and quickly wiped off. There are no scratches or spots (take a look at the pictures).
