Installation is a fairly simple, but messy affair that involves an hour's worth of work removing the sticky glue that bonds the original digitizer to the screen. It's extremely important to make sure the screen is completely cleaned, as any residue will show up once the screen is illuminated. Plenty of how-to videos on YouTube. The seller did a very nice job of packaging the screen. So far, so good.
