We are not a logistics company and have zero control over how long it takes UPS or USPS to deliver anything. The fact you think this is something we control shows your ignorance from the get go. You placed your order on March 5th at 9:05 PM Pacific time...we shipped your order the very next day and it was delivered by UPS on March 12th...3 business days after your order was placed. Saturdays and Sundays do not count. Also, you're lying about the insole. Rhino boots come with regular thin insoles

If you check the very same tracking number it shows that its never been delivered back to me...so let me get this straight.
