    Good experience. I took off 1 star for 3 minor things. Package arrived beat up and there wasn't appropriate padding inside, but the tool is tough and undamaged. The battery was so discharged it wouldn't charge. If you experience this, put the battery on the charger, remove it, replace it multiple times to fool the charger into starting a charge until the battery has sufficient charge to charge normally. Might take 15 or 20 times. One place in the description said 2 batteries, just 1 as pictured.
