The Ebook certificate that goes with the book was missing and never provided. The item, a new heavy hardcover book, was in shrink wrap, and then placed in a very light plastic bag and shipped this way overseas. The spine was warped, corners shredded and pages puckered from heat or water. I was told after contacting seller they are a drop shipper and received a $8 discount for a $62 book by way of explanation. Totally unfair
