    Sent the same wrong brush twice, asked me to pay the postage for the 1st incorrect item and they'd refund it (which they never have) they did refund me the price of the brush out of good will but that still meant I'd paid for a brush I didn't order!!!! It's Been over 4 weeks now so they've given me no choice but to get eBay services involved. Always getting fobbed off with excuses . Would never use them again!!!. Only given 1 star as there's no option for a minus!
