I had purchased these 2 lights as used, but they do not appear used to me. I had quite a time figuring out how to charge them, but finally discovered that the charging bezels were just a little stiff & tight from non-use. The charging bezels twist counterclockwise (with a little effort at first) to expose the charging port & battery indicator light. There are 4 light intensities on Duty mode (30, 350, 1000, & 3500 lumens) & 3500 & strobe on Tactical mode. Am happy with the purchase.
