    The item purchased is Canon Printhead for MP530 Printer. The item arrived in sealed package (likely refurbished). Unfortunately, the printhead was defective, but this is not the fault of the seller. Seller made a good faith effort to sell a product that I needed. Seller cannot control the quality assurance from those who manufacture or refurbish. Seller reimbursed all payment in quick fashion. I understood prior to transaction that not all products are guaranteed to work. Good seller!

    The printhead was defective and it did not appear to be new. Error Code 1403 appears as shown in the picture. The circuit board at the front edge of the color nozzles was also deformed. The seller promptly refunded the purchase price.
