I contacted the seller and they offered a £2 refund and said that I could keep the item. I asked for a full refund and return postage which I was entitled to but they didn't see it as a quality issue and refused postage. When I contacted Ebay they sent me a QR code straight away to cover the return. I wouldn't buy from this seller again or recommend them.
