Jason Hallor, ex-DC cop and now Private Investigator, teams up with James Jones, a Detroit cop, on a case that takes them from Detroit to Vegas to Atlantic City and DC. Along the way they almost get eaten by dogs, get attacked by strangers and almost lose their jobs. They get confused and wet and in trouble, but manage to pull it off in the end. At least, they seem to.
