It's best to include the attach photo you provided to me on the auction site for others as I shorted 1 of the batteries ordered by reversing the polarity and overheated thinking the written instructions given were explained correctly. Sigh....Overall positive experience and now one of ear-phone works while the other still has the old original battery.

Communication is great after the fact of delivery at post office thinking I got an item not described and I refused to accept. After further investigation and communication with seller of the reason why it was packaged the way it did, luckily the packet was not on the way back to seller from the post office and had to show the correspondences. Thereafter, paid duty and now leaving a positive feedback for this order.
