    Have not received this item yet but I shouldn’t be receiving it at all. A request for cancellation was made almost immediately after I placed this order. How the seller could have seen the order without seeing the request at the same time is beyond me. However, after a full working day and weekend, the seller decided to deny my request prior to creating a shipping label. I can only conclude that they made the decision to force this item upon me regardless of my request. Please send return label!

    NEGATIVE!!! WARNING!!! I ordered this product but immediately requested a cancellation due to inability to authenticate. Seller refused to cancel 5 hours before a shipping label was even created. When the item arrived I rejected the delivery and it was sent back to the seller. Even after they received the item back they refused to process my refund. I had to have eBay force it. Throughout the process I was communicating with the seller who never even bothered to respond back to me.
