Ive already changed the thermal paste and coppermodded it and thinking of changing the heatsink to a bigger one and/or adding a fan to it for active cooling.

It's such an old machine that it didn't recognize the onboard BIOS. When I finally moved it onto another old Dell desktop, it booted up showing the BIOS and recognized all the drives with no problem. Great way to repurpose an old desktop tower case as a NAS. Go green! Thanks.
