Outriggers were as pictured, sort of. Doing a Part Number search, the Item included a Storage Bag. No Bag included. Biggest issue was the shipping. As with others, Seller pointed finger at the USPS. Seller started to research only after I started to send messages. Item arrived 2 full weeks after I placed the order. I live 6.5 hrs south in Virginia Beach. I missed the outing that this was ordered for.
