Excellent product if it was the right part. Did not fit my car without a bit of fettling. Eventually admitted there is an alternative part and did offer a full refund on return of item but I thought a bit more help to easily resolve without the attitude would have been more proffessional

Hello there. We are sorry that you thought our service had attitude which I am struggling to see the context for. Yes your part required a slight revision which we were happy to pick up and alter free of charge as we are very familiar with the product and it would have been easier to have rectified rather than outsourcing it elsewhere. Making the statement that we were unhelpful seems unfair considering the back and forth messages giving advice throughout.

I am not getting in a back and forth argument with you. I asked who was going to pay for the return postage to rectify the problem, you didn't answer and said to just send it back for refund.
