      At time of purchase i asked if the item could be shipped fast. I figured 10.00 was alot for a small black plastic. The seller shipped snail mail and made money on shipping. Shipping would cost around 5.00. Well the seller made 5.00 on shipping. He could have shipped priority around 6.00
