Item was never sent despite me receiving an email with a tracking reference, it was inly when I chased up the order as tracking wasn't working that they said it hadn't gone. Then when they said they would send it, suddenly there was a price increase so told them not to bother. They did refund the money but still a bad experience as I was waiting for the product
