This buyer reached out twice and made offers for the item. When they offered $25, I accepted, even though listing was for $36. After they received it, they said “this item price too high I don't mean purchase it,may I just return it?”. I declined, since THEY were the one that made the offer price in the first place. Then they used the product, and still asked to return it. My listing states that returns are not accepted. The item was exactly as described, and not damaged or defective.
