Antistatic bag protecting the chip was sealed with the protective tape. I made preliminary inspection of the chip and module. It seems to be authentic as far as I can tell. It has the Infinineon SLB9665TT 2.0 as expected with proper firmware. After installation and BIOS configuration it works as expected in my Linux workstation. I highly recommend this seller if you want one of these modules and cannot get one elsewhere.
