The spark plug wasn't firing, but the coil and CDI box tested good. I removed the old stator, and several wires were burned. I installed this new stator (along with new gasket, carb, air filter, and oil change) and the atv runs like new. I'm very happy I can get these parks quick and easy from ebay sellers.

As you can see in the picture the tool is closer to 40mm. Seller blamed me, is refusing to respond to my communication. I would suggest to the seller that they mention the power cord for this dispenser is located in one of the dispensing container boxes. I had 12 to go through to see if it was even in there.
