Seller Notes: “This is a vintage, full length 1940s coat with a wonderful lush look. Overall the velvet body, ... “This is a vintage, full length 1940s coat with a wonderful lush look. Overall the velvet body, sleeves, and lining of the coat are intact. I have checked the coat and am listing the flaws that I see, there may be more small ones, after all the coat is 80 years old. I am including a picture of the lining so you can see it is intact with clean underarms but has overall aging. The white fur trim is intact with a 1/2" section peeling off at the back, top. There is a 1/2" worn spot/hole in the top of the right sleeve. The back inside of the collar has worn areas with a 1" hole, a 1/2" hole, and 1/4" hole. These are in the top layer of the velvet and don't go all the way through the coat. The Abraham & Straus label is readable but check the picture for condition. Please contact with any questions.
