Customer service was initially responsive and offered a credit for a holster that did not fit the application that was intended. Holster was much too big.
Customer Service Asked if I could use it for another pistol and offered a partial credit, I said Yes…
After 3 documented follow up messages, I have not received a response. I should have returned the holster for a full refund.
Disappointing seller to jeopardize a customer to save a $10 credit.
