There are scratches under the seat that clearly INDICATE that it has been used. It was advertised on the website was NEW. I have replaced stock seats on motorcycles for decades and have NEVER received a seat where the cover is torn and scratches on the bottom. As a former law enforcement officer, there is something wrong with this picture. Wonder what seller has to say about this?
