Especially if you upgrade from one type of part (Regular radio) to a more featured part (Navigation Multimedia system) and this is called a retrofit and it simply NEEDS TO BE CODED correctly which was not done at all!Secondly - i have accepted a return, and offered the buyer to cover returns costs by paypal. But the buyer has never sent the item back and was only blackmailing and pushing!
