Everything was in the box and certainly appears to be as advertised...I don't quite have it all installed yet, but it matches up perfectly will my existing parts so I'm sure it will be fine. Guys seem to have a process that works for getting parts here, through US Customs, etc. Packed for rain resistance, mail carrier had little trouble delivering directly to the door .
