- m***m (27)- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchaseThis LED flasher performed pretty much as expected - EXCEPT: due to faulty design the potentiometer to adjust flashing rate does not work. It must be set to max clockwise position (fastest rate) or the unit will not flash at all. Also - that max flashing rate is way to slow. I increased the rate by changing the two 51k resistors to 33k each. This produced a cycle rate of about 1.5 seconds, what I consider optimal for the crossing lights.
